A free online talk that will be conducted by NUS Law Students supervised by Assistance Professor Si Yi Ang
This talk hopes to provide its attendees with a better understanding of wills, as well as lasting powers of attorney and deputyship under the Mental Capacity Act. It aims to provide an overview of the functions and benefits of these legal instruments, what you will have to consider in preparing them, as well as any potential pitfalls

Ang Si Yi
Assistant Professor (Practice)
Si Yi graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia, in 2012. She subsequently returned to Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2014.
