Falls Prevention Program 3 is an initiative by the Health Promotion Board designed to enhance the safety and health of seniors. This program begins with a comprehensive functional screening to assess each senior’s current physical state. Upon successful screening, seniors are eligible to participate in tailored activities and interventions that focus on strengthening their mobility and balance, ultimately reducing the risk of falls.
