On 25 October 2025, HOPE worldwide Singapore partnered with USER Experience Researchers to conduct a Phone Scam and Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop for 21 seniors from low-income families.
The goal: to empower seniors with the knowledge and confidence to protect themselves in the digital age.
Through engaging presentations and small-group discussions, the seniors learned how to identify phishing scams, install antivirus apps, set up 2FA authentication, and cultivate digital wellness habits. USER Singapore’s volunteers guided them patiently, creating a supportive learning environment that bridged technology and trust.
By the end of the workshop, an impressive 80% of seniors achieved a perfect score on the quiz — and all went home with smiles (and a gift pack sponsored by USER Singapore!).
This collaboration reflects the heart of CSR — using expertise to serve others, protect communities, and ensure that no one is left behind in the digital world.
