Silvers (Seniors and Active-Ageing)

We believe every senior deserves to age with dignity, joy, and purpose. Our Silvers Programme is designed to empower vulnerable and socially isolated seniors to stay physically active, mentally engaged, and emotionally supported — helping them enjoy meaningful and connected lives in their golden years.

Programme Components

Weekly fall prevention and strengthening exercises to maintain mobility and reduce injury risk

Joyful Journey outings to cultural, educational, or recreational destinations

Home visits and regular check-ins by trained volunteers for social interaction and wellbeing monitoring

Referrals to community partners or social services to address health, nutrition, and other needs

Learning Buddies (Children and Youth Empowerment)

We believe that every child deserves equal access to quality educational support, regardless of their background. Our Learning Buddies Programme exists to empower children and youths from low-income families to overcome academic challenges, build life skills, and develop the confidence to pursue a brighter future.

Programme Components

Weekly 1:1 or small group academic mentoring in English, Math and Science

Year End Bursary Awards to recognize the students’ academic performance

Youth development activities (e.g., study motivation sessions, games,field trips)

Regular assessments and progress tracking

Samaritans (Community Outreach and Family Support)

We believe that no family should face the burden of poverty and hardship alone. Our Samaritans Programme is dedicated to supporting families at risk with essential aid, home improvement, and financial relief — helping them break free from the cycle of debt, regain stability, and work towards a better future.

Programme Components

Monthly essential aid distribution (groceries, household items) tofamilies in need

Home Refresh: decluttering, cleaning, and improving living environments for health and safety

Six-month debt relief and financial planning programme inpartnership with social workers to help families reduce debt and rebuild resilience
