Movie Therapy
In a highly driven society such as Singapore, most people juggle between work, family life and a myriad of other responsibilities. Often, these demands – if not properly managed – can result in stress and fatigue in family life and poor mental health.
Movie Therapy® is a trademark of HOPE worldwide Singapore and is our breakthrough approach to counselling and community impact through family life education and mental wellness initiatives.
As a signature style, we incorporate the use of movie scenes in our workshops and programmes, to help people gain self-awareness and to work on their life issues, as facilitated by our trained counsellors and resource speakers.
As our sustainability initiative, income generated from Movie Therapy programmes are channeled back to support our other initiatives for the poor and disadvantaged, enabling corporate clients to support our social mission of bringing hope and changing lives.
Since 2007, we have been engaged to conduct Movie Therapy workshops in schools, government offices and statutory boards, corporates and community centres, as well as professional trainings for clinicians and educators. We work closely with different companies to support their staff wellness initiatives. Over 15,000 people have attended our Movie Therapy workshops and programmes.
Here are a few of our Movie Therapy workshop titles. We also customize contents depending on corporate clients’ needs.
