Health Education for Seniors aims to empower the lives of the elderly by educating them on key health and safety issues such as fall risk, osteoporosis, signs of stroke, etc., and by encouraging them to adopt healthy lifestyle habits. If you are an elderly, have a family member or know an elderly who can benefit from this programme, kindly sign up or assist them to register through the link below.

  1. Health Education Outreach @ Queenstown (face-to-face home visits):

    Session 1 Identifying Fall Risks and Understanding Osteoporosis | 24 Jul 10am – 12pm

    Session 2 Identifying Signs of Stroke | 7 Aug 10am – 12pm

    Session 3 Post-Assessment Follow-up | 21 Aug 10am – 12pm

  2. Health Education Talks (virtual)
